Wow, thanks a lot for the "unfilled unstroke bounding box" tip... I used to painfully clean my drawings with the pathfinder in order to achieve a proper seamless pattern.
Not only am I as excited as you were (probably more!) but your tutorial made it easy, and the black background of your site (my favorite color, and yes it is) made it enjoyable. Thanks!
