24 free Illustrator glowing/blurry brushes

Here is a new set of brushes from Transfuchsian. This set is to simulate a glowing or blurry effect when used with various transparencies so you can make some groovy spacey designs. I plan on creating a tutorial that uses these brushes, so I figured I may as well go ahead and post them now. Stay tuned to the next post for a colorful lighted text effect using these brushes.

  3. @ anonymous - Is the file not downloading or are you having trouble with Illustrator not opening it? If it is Illustrator, what version are you running?

  5. Hi men...really the file didnt open...the file download correctly but when open the file in CS3 and CS4 only open a blank page.....please check and upload again because i like to finish the 3d light tutorial

  6. To Anonymous: Make sure you are opening the brushes directly from the brush palette. Open the Brushes palette by going to Window > Brushes. From there click the little arrow to bring up the brushes menu. Go to "Open Brush library" and then "Other Library" and select the file. If that still doesn't work I have uploaded two different formats to try. You can get those here:

  10. They work in CS5 as well. Just open from the brushes panel as listed above.
